Land Ownership & Legal Protection Framework

The KCGE master plan covers 9 acres of private land in Korangi Creek Industrial Belt, expandable to 30 acres. Title verification under Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967 (Form VII) ensures encumbrance-free collateral for international financiers like DFC.

Integrated Water Infrastructure: 80 MGD SWRO
Seawater Reverse Osmosis plant with energy recovery devices (ERDs) achieves 3.0–3.5 kWh/m³, 40% better than conventional. Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) crystallizers convert brine into industrial salt (NaCl) for the Chlor-Alkali plant.
Chemical Industry Engine: Chlor-Alkali & Green Hydrogen
Membrane cell technology (mercury-free) produces Caustic Soda, Chlorine, and Hydrogen. Green hydrogen from 100% renewable electrolysis, targeting LCOH <$3/kg for export to EU.
